- Cancellations beyond the 24-hour window will be considered on a case-by-case basis, depending on the status of the service.
- For services that involve government processes (such as PAN card applications), once the application has been submitted, cancellations may not be possible.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation request is made before the service is processed.
- In case of partial completion of a service, a prorated refund may be provided, subject to review.
- For non-refundable services, no refund will be granted after the service has been initiated.
3. Non-Cancellable Services
Certain services provided by HR Digital Solution cannot be canceled once initiated. These include:

- Recharge Services
- Flight and Hotel Bookings
